We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our furnishing store. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of day-to-day accounting, invoicing, GST compliance, and client payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily ledger entries and day-to-day accounting records.

- Prepare and issue sales invoices and other billing documents.

- Prepare quotations for clients as required.

- Handle GST-related work, including maintaining records and GST filing.

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, bills, and accounting records.

- Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding payments and payment follow-ups.

- Maintain accounts receivable and payable records.

- Reconcile payments and ensure accounting records are updated accurately.





- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment-related matters.

- Assist management with basic accounting reports and financial records.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail, furnishing, interior, or similar businesses.

- Knowledge of Tally, GST, invoicing, ledger maintenance, and basic accounting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.

- Good communication and follow-up skills.

- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to manage day-to-day accounting independently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
