About the Role

Eminence Technology is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within an IT organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting operations, payroll, GST, TDS, trade payables, trade receivables, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Handle Accounts Payable (Trade Payables) and Accounts Receivable (Trade Receivables).
- Process and manage payroll-related accounting activities.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlements.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, income, and other financial transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors,



and clients regarding accounting-related matters.
- Support audits and provide required financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.

Required Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an IT/technology organization.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Payroll, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Good understanding of general accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Experience with bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience with accounting/ERP software.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience working in an IT Services, SaaS, or Technology company.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end accounting operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities efficiently.
