About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our fast-growing organization. This role is ideal for a professional who can independently manage accounting and statutory compliance while coordinating effectively with internal teams and external consultants. The candidate must have hands-on experience in GST filing, ITR filing, Tally Prime, and MS Excel, along with strong communication and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Compliance & Statutory Filings

· Monthly GST filings (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B)

· Annual Income Tax Return (ITR) filing

· PF payable tracking and timely remittance

· Insurance renewals, including workmen's compensation (WC) policies

Bookkeeping & Accounting:

· Record daily expenses and maintain trackers in Excel

· Maintain accounts in Tally Prime (Sales, Purchases, Journals, and Bank entries)





· Reconcile Indian and international bank statements

· Maintain petty cash records

· Maintain asset register and supporting documentation

· Prepare and update monthly salary sheets

Required Skills:

· Strong knowledge of GST, ITR, and Indian statutory compliance

· Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

· Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Strong attention to detail and time management skills

· Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, or finance

· Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
