Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Thane. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate and timely posting of entries.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and vendor statements, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. The role also involves preparing financial reports,



supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring compliance with accounting standards and local regulations, and coordinating with auditors and internal stakeholders. The Accountant will work closely with operations and management to provide financial insights that support decision-making and efficient business performance.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in general accounting, ledger management, and financial reporting, with the ability to maintain accurate records and support closing activities.
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, billing, and reconciliation of bank, customer, and vendor accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as MS Excel for data analysis, spreadsheets, and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, taxation basics, and regulatory compliance requirements applicable to Indian business operations.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in operations, sales, and management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (such as CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse solutions, or industrial services is preferred but not mandatory
