About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join an established Advertising Agency. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project accounting, expense monitoring and financial tracking , with the ability to work closely with project and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project-wise accounting and financial tracking

- Track projected vs. actual project expenses
- Monitor budgets, expenses and project profitability
- Prepare project-wise cost and expense reports
- Track vendor payments, invoices and project-related costs
- Assist in expense projections and financial planning
- Identify cost overruns and variances and highlight them to management




- Coordinate with project, production and operations teams for financial inputs
- Support month-end closing, reconciliations and MIS reporting
- Ensure accuracy and timely maintenance of financial records

What We’re Looking For

✔ CA Inter qualification

✔ Around 5 years of relevant accounting experience

✔ Strong understanding of project accounting / project costing

✔ Experience in expense tracking and projections

✔ Valuable analytical and Excel skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

✔ Strong coordination and communication skills

✔ Willingness to travel as required
