Job Opening : Accountant (Male/Female)

Position : Accountant (Full-Time)

Location

- Chinchwad,Pune

Education Qualification B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) - Mandatory

Experience Required:

- 1 to 4 years of accounting experience
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime
- Experience in handling Private Limited Company accounts

Key Responsibilities * Maintain complete books of accounts and accounting records.

- Independently handle up to 3 accounts simultaneously.
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Record, verify, and reconcile debit and credit entries.
- Prepare ledgers, vouchers, bank reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Generate MIS reports and support management with financial information.
- Handle accounting activities for Private Limited Companies and Society Accounts.

Statutory Compliance Responsibilities * GST calculation, return filing, and compliance.

- TDS calculation, deduction, filing, and reconciliation.




- ROC and other statutory compliance activities.
- Ensure timely submission of all applicable returns and government compliances.

Required Skills * Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.

- Good understanding of Debit, Credit, Journal Entries, and Finalization of Accounts.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Valuable analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Working Hours & Benefits * 8 Hours Per Day (Full-Time Office Job)

- 1st & 3rd Saturday Off or 2nd & 4th Saturday Off (as per company policy)
- Every Sunday Off
- 21 Paid Leaves per Year
