Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts finalization, balance sheet preparation, income tax return filing, GST filing, TDS return submission, and GST compliance.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements, reports, and other documents as required by management.

- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions and reconciliations.

- Provide support to senior management on strategic planning and decision-making through analysis of financial data.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to finances or accounting discrepancies.

- Handle GST filings, income tax filings, and TDS computations.

- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.

- Work closely with auditors and ensure smooth financial operations.

- Manage accounts payable, receivables,



and bank reconciliations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in CA Firm (Income Tax, GST Filing, accountancy or accounting role with expertise in Tally ERP9 software).

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / ICWA-Inter /CA

- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in accounting, preferably in CA Firm, CA Articleship completed.

- Software: Must be proficient in Tally ERP & MS Excel.

- Other Skills: Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of tax laws.

- Bangalore local or person residing in Bangalore only preferred.
