About Lumisynch

Lumisynch Private Limited is a growing technology company working in Smart Home Automation, Smart Buildings, Lighting, Audio-Visual Solutions and Integrated Automation.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting activities and support the company's financial and statutory requirements.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Day-to-Day Accounting

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
- Record daily financial transactions and accounting entries.
- Maintain Sales, Purchase, Cash, Bank and General Ledgers.
- Prepare and maintain Payment, Receipt, Journal and Contra Vouchers.
- Ensure proper supporting documents are available for all accounting entries.
- Maintain customer and vendor accounts.

1. Billing & Invoicing

- Prepare and issue customer sales invoices.
- Process purchase invoices and verify them against supporting documents.
- Prepare Credit Notes and Debit Notes wherever applicable.
- Ensure correct GST, HSN/SAC, quantities, rates and other invoice details.
- Maintain proper invoice filing and documentation.

1. Purchase & Vendor Accounting

- Record purchase entries accurately in the accounting system.
- Verify vendor invoices, GST details and supporting documents.
- Maintain vendor ledgers and outstanding statements.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments and account reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing vendor payment schedules.

1. Stock & Inventory Accounting

- Maintain proper records of stock inward, stock outward, purchases and sales.
- Coordinate with the operations/project team for stock-related documentation.
- Maintain item-wise inventory records in the accounting software.
- Monitor discrepancies between physical stock and accounting records.
- Assist in periodic stock reconciliation.

1. GST & Taxation

- Practical working knowledge of GST is mandatory.
- Record and verify CGST,



SGST and IGST transactions.
- Verify HSN/SAC and applicable GST rates.
- Understand and reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC).
- Assist in preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Reconcile purchase data with GSTR-2B.
- Maintain GST-related records, challans and documentation.
- Assist the company's CA/tax consultant with GST and other statutory requirements.
- Basic knowledge of TDS and other applicable taxation requirements will be an advantage.

1. Bank & Account Reconciliation

- Maintain bank book and perform Bank Reconciliation.
- Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
- Identify and rectify accounting discrepancies.
- Follow up on unreconciled transactions and pending entries.

1. Receivables & Payables

- Maintain customer outstanding reports.
- Track payments received from customers.
- Coordinate with the management/sales team regarding pending receivables.
- Maintain vendor outstanding reports.
- Assist management in planning vendor payments.

1. MIS & Management Reporting

Prepare basic periodic reports such as:
- Sales report
- Purchase report
- Expense report
- Customer outstanding
- Vendor outstanding
- Stock report
- Bank position
- Receivables & payables
- GST summary
- Other accounting reports required by management

1. Filing & Documentation

- Maintain systematic physical and digital records of:
- Sales invoices
- Purchase invoices
- Expense bills
- Bank statements
- Payment/receipt vouchers
- GST documents
- Vendor/customer documents




- Ensure documents are properly filed and readily available for audit or CA requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong understanding of basic accounting fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime or equivalent accounting software.
- Practical knowledge of GST and GST Portal.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of ledgers, vouchers, billing, purchases and stock accounting.
- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

QUALIFICATION
- B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- Candidates with relevant practical accounting experience and robust accounting knowledge may also be considered.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience in a trading, distribution, project-based, automation, electrical, electronics, technology or similar business will be an advantage.

Experience handling both products and services, inventory and project-related billing will be particularly preferred.

Important

Practical knowledge is more important than theoretical knowledge.

Candidates may be required to undergo a practical assessment covering basic accounting entries, GST, billing, purchase entries, vouchers, bank reconciliation and stock-related transactions.

Salary: As per experience, skills and suitability.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
