Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting functions, statutory compliance, and financial record-keeping. The candidate will ensure smooth financial operations, handle tax compliance (GST & TDS), and assist in monthly closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments) using Tally Prime / ERP software.
- Statutory Compliance: Assist in the preparation, filing, and reconciliation of GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns.
- Bank & Ledger Reconciliation: Perform routine bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and customer account checks.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor pending client invoices, manage payment schedules,



and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Payroll & Billing: Assist with basic billing generation, vendor invoice verification, and monthly payroll processing support.
- Audit & Reporting: Prepare monthly trial balances, basic MIS reports, and assist internal or statutory auditors during audit checks.

Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of working experience in core accounting.
- Software Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience with Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Tax Knowledge: Solid understanding of GST laws, TDS deductions, and basic Indian income tax regulations.
- Key Traits: Good numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and reliable time management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
