About the Role

/n

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Design Manager with strong knowledge of furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes. The candidate should be proficient in 2D/3D CAD drawings, client handling and sales, with the ability to convert customer requirements into effective design and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Manage customer enquiries, consultations and the complete sales cycle.
/n
- Understand and interpret 2D & 3D CAD drawings, layouts, measurements and technical specifications.
/n
- Have solid knowledge of kitchen and wardrobe design, materials, finishes and hardware.
/n
- Present design/product solutions and prepare quotations.
/n
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, architects and interior designers.
/n
- Coordinate with designers,



vendors and internal teams for project execution.
/n
- Drive sales targets, conversions and overall business growth.
/n
- Stay updated with industry trends, products and market developments.
/n

Requirements

/n

/n
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, interiors or building materials.
/n
- Strong 2D/3D CAD knowledge.
/n
- Good understanding of kitchen and wardrobe design.
/n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-management skills.
/n
- Strong sales orientation with proven ability to close deals.
/n
- Good understanding of materials, measurements and technical specifications.
/n
- Proficiency in CAD.
/n
