Job Role: Account Managers

: Manage and maintain solid relationships with US healthcare clients, serving as the primary point of contact.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, client workflows, and business objectives.

Identify client challenges, proactively recommend solutions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Work closely to provide support and account management to resolve client issues effectively.

Coordinate effectively with internal AR, Billing, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional client service.

Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and the AR/Billing team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Utilize various communication channels, including email, phone, live chat, and virtual meeting platforms, to engage with clients.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt, professional, and solution-oriented support.

Minimum 5 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Claims Processing, or Health Insurance Operations.

Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is preferred.
