This Role

Provides fund accounting and client service support for private equity and fund clients, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial reporting, NAV calculations, investor reporting, and compliance deliverables while maintaining high service standards, supporting operational excellence, and contributing to team success.

What You Will Do

- You'll prepare and deliver NAV calculations, financial statements, working papers, management accounts, investor reporting, journal entries, capital call and distribution notices, payment processing, and other fund accounting deliverables for private equity and corporate clients in accordance with agreed timelines and quality standards.

- You'll manage client deliverables by understanding client agreements, SLAs, and reporting requirements, responding to client and investor queries, addressing review comments, escalating issues appropriately, and supporting fund onboarding and migration activities, including the use of Investran and Paxus platforms.

- You'll ensure compliance with accounting standards, SSAE requirements, internal controls, policies, procedures, and statutory obligations by following defined checklists, identifying risks, reporting breaches or errors,



and contributing to remedial actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

- You'll maintain effective workflow and operational controls by managing deliverables through workflow systems, accurately recording time, utilising accounting and reporting platforms, reviewing outputs, supporting team members, and contributing to the consistent delivery of high-quality client service.

- You'll demonstrate strong customer focus, communication, collaboration, and self-development by building stakeholder relationships, expanding technical expertise, supporting junior team members, proactively resolving issues, and contributing to a high-performing and client-centric team setting.
