About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident Accounts Head to manage the complete accounting function for our Delhi office. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in an FMCG distributor environment and previous experience managing a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

- Prepare and review monthly financial reports and MIS.

- Monitor customer outstanding, collections and vendor payments.

- Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries and proper maintenance of books.

- Coordinate with consultants, vendors and internal departments.

- Manage and guide the accounts team and ensure timely completion of work.

- Establish proper controls and processes for accounting and financial operations.

- Provide regular financial updates and reports to management.





- Handle any other accounting and finance responsibilities assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.

- Candidates with prior experience in an FMCG distributor.

- Previous experience in team handling/management is essential.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident, responsible and capable of taking ownership of the accounts function.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with management and other departments.
