Role Description The Account Manager at WAV Studio & Co. is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring smooth delivery of creative and production projects. In this role, the Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understand their brand and communication objectives, and translate these into transparent briefs for internal teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with creative, production, and print teams, tracking project timelines, managing budgets, and monitoring quality standards across multilingual, video, audio, studio, and print deliverables.

The Account





Manager will prepare proposals and presentations, support new business opportunities, and provide regular status updates and performance reports to clients. This role also involves proactively addressing issues, aligning stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation management, and negotiation.
- Project coordination and organization skills, with experience handling multiple creative or production projects, timelines, and budgets.
- Knowledge of marketing, branding, and creative production workflows, ideally across video, audio, design, and print.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear briefs, reports, and client-facing presentations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate risks, resolve issues, and optimize processes and resource utilization.
- Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and maintain a detail-oriented, quality-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; prior experience in an agency, studio, or production environment is highly beneficial.
