We are seeking a strategic, solution-driven Account Manager to lead client relationships, manage concurrent projects, and drive agency growth.



You will act as the crucial bridge between client business goals and our internal creative and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Client & Project Management: Independently manage multiple accounts, translating client briefs into actionable campaigns while coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Financial Ownership: Oversee the full financial lifecycle of your accounts, including project budgets, estimates, billing, and timely collections.
- Business Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and support the preparation of pitches for new business.
- Strategic Direction: Conduct industry research, provide actionable insights, and present campaign strategies confidently to stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior account team members, manage resource allocation, and review deliverables for accuracy and brand alignment.
