Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Manager to manage the company’s complete accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, with hands-on experience in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and general ledger.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns and coordinate with consultants.
- Handle finalization of books of accounts, including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Coordinate and support internal, statutory and tax audits and provide required documents and schedules.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash-flow statements, ageing reports and financial analysis for management.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, payments, collections and working capital.




- Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, Chartered Accountants, vendors and customers.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Solid knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Strong experience in finalization of accounts and Balance Sheet preparation.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work independently.
- Experience in the interior, construction, manufacturing or related industry will be an advantage.
