? We’re Hiring | Account Manager

We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of client accounts, prospect outreach, and meeting coordination.

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate assigned client accounts and ensure smooth communication between clients, prospects, and our team.

• Conduct cold calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our clients’ products and/or services.

• Understand prospect requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of the products/services.

• Engage with prospects and convince qualified leads to schedule meetings with our clients.

- Take ownership of the complete meeting coordination process — from scheduling meetings to sending timely reminders and ensuring attendance.
- Follow up with prospects before and after meetings to maintain engagement and improve conversion opportunities.

• Maintain and regularly update lead sheets, prospect databases, and activity reports with accurate information.

- Track lead status, follow-ups, meetings, and outcomes to ensure no opportunity is missed.





• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with both clients and prospects .

- Coordinate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a seamless lead-to-meeting process.

? What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Solid convincing and sales/persuasion abilities

• Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls

- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining lead trackers

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned accounts

• A proactive, positive, and target-driven approach
