THE AVW MINDSETAt AVW Storytellers, we don't believe an Account Manager is simply a messenger between the client and the team.

We are looking for someone who can think, communicate, coordinate and deliver.

You should be someone who can walk into a client meeting, understand the business problem, come back to the team, articulate what needs to be solved, drive the thinking and make sure the final work goes back to the client at the highest possible standard.
