Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts finalization, including preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and tax returns (GST & TDS).
- Ensure timely submission of taxes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable/receivable.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports on financial performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-9 years of experience in accountancy, preferably in an NBFC industry.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Balance Sheet finalization, Taxation laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
