Role Description The Account Intern role at Apollo Group Mining is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar. The intern will assist in maintaining and updating account records, supporting finance and account management teams with daily reconciliations, invoice processing, and basic reporting.

Responsibilities include collecting and organizing financial data, preparing simple account summaries, and helping respond to internal and external account-related inquiries. The intern will collaborate with team members to support customer service activities, track account performance, and ensure accurate documentation. The role offers exposure to core accounting processes in the mining sector and the opportunity to develop professional skills in a structured, learning-oriented setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and basic Finance knowledge relevant to accounting and data handling.




- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Account Management skills to support client-focused account activities.
- Candidates should be proficient in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under guidance.
- Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates should show willingness to learn about the mining industry and adhere to company standards of integrity, safety, and compliance.
