About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support the Accounts Payable function, vendor management, reconciliations, internal controls, and general accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities





- Review and verify vendor invoices and perform 3-way matching .
- Process invoices and vendor data in Tally ERP/accounting software .
- Manage AP ledgers, aged creditors, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain vendor records, banking details, and tax documentation.
- Support month-end/year-end closing, AP accruals, and journal entries.
- Assist with financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and audits.
- Reconcile employee expenses and corporate credit card statements.

Requirements

- B.Com mandatory; M.Com / PG Diploma in Management or Operations preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable / General Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, AP & reconciliation, internal controls, and financial reporting .
- Seed/Agri industry experience preferred, especially in medium-sized or multinational manufacturing companies.
- Good stakeholder communication and process improvement skills.
