Key Responsibilities

- Monthly Accounts Closure & Ind AS Reporting
- Manage end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with Ind AS.
- Review general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and accruals/provisions.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition, depreciation schedules, and inventory/fixed asset accounting.
- Taxation & Statutory Compliances
- Supervise and execute timely filing of Direct & Indirect Tax returns (GST, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, TDS, Advance Tax).
- Ensure accurate calculation and timely deposit of TDS, TCS, and GST liabilities.
- Assist in tax audits, statutory audits, and drafting responses to departmental notices or queries.
- Management Information Systems (MIS) & Analysis
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS dashboards for leadership.




- Perform variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals) and identify cost drivers, margin leakages, and operational trends.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital cycles, and aging analysis of debtors/creditors.
- Tender Costing, Bidding & Pricing Analysis
- Develop detailed cost sheets, margin projections, and pricing models for competitive bids and tenders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Procurement, Sales) to extract accurate cost inputs and validate bid assumptions.
- Perform post-award margin tracking and project profitability analysis.
- Audit & Process Controls
- Lead audit coordination for internal, statutory, and tax auditors; prepare schedules and resolve audit queries efficiently.
- Maintain internal financial controls (IFC) and streamline existing accounting SOPs.
