Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, GST/TDS compliance, vendor/customer accounts, and routine financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / accounting software.
- Handle Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment and Journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain GST invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Handle GST returns, reconciliation and related documentation.
- Manage TDS calculation, deduction and payment.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Follow up for customer outstanding payments.
- Verify vendor bills, invoices and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly outstanding, expense and financial reports.
- Maintain proper records of vouchers, invoices and accounting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and customers.
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.




- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP / MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities independently.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Experience in HVAC / Engineering / Construction industry will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Tally.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS and routine accounting.
- Responsible, organized and deadline-oriented.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹10,816.97 - ₹30,570.11 per month
