Designation: Accountant - MIS & Reporting

Reporting To: Manager - Accounts & Finance

We are looking for an Accountant - MIS & Reporting with strong knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel to manage accounting activities and prepare accurate, management-friendly MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally.
- Maintain and reconcile ledgers, receivables and payables.
- Extract and export financial data from Tally to Excel.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports covering sales, purchases, receivables, payables, cash flow and profitability.
- Prepare ageing and outstanding reports for debtors and creditors.
- Analyze financial data and highlight discrepancies, trends and variances.
- Create Excel-based dashboards,



reports and presentations using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, etc.
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial and operational data.
- Prepare reports independently and within defined timelines.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Tally and Accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills - Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Charts & Dashboards.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills.
- Good understanding of MIS, reconciliation, AP/AR and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent Experience: 2-6 years in Accounting / MIS Reporting

Preferred: Experience in Real Estate, Construction, EPC or Infrastructure sector.
