Position: Account Executive

Experience: 3+ Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, and Journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
- Assist in GST return preparation and reconciliation.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment documents.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers/vendors for follow-up.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers as required.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills




- Good knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP / Accounting Software.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Scrutiny, and Accounts Payable/Receivable.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in a manufacturing/engineering company will be preferred.
- Candidate should be capable of independently handling routine accounting activities.
