Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy to reflect business transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/year-end closings by gathering necessary data and performing calculations.
- Review and analyze financial statements to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in an accounting role with a focus on accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Tally software is required; knowledge of other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Robust understanding of GST regulations and ability to apply them accurately when necessary.
