- Sales and Strategy: Drive revenue growth by meeting monthly and annual accessory sales targets. Develop promotional campaigns, combos, and upselling strategies with the sales team. [1, 2]
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, place timely orders, track fast-moving or slow-moving items, and prevent stock-outs. [1]
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers, source aftermarket or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms. [1]
- Operations and Quality Control: Oversee product displays, merchandising, and installation processes to ensure high quality before customer delivery. [1]
- Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor sales and service staff on product knowledge and customer presentation skills. [1]
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
