Role Description The Academic Outreach Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and academic communities. This role involves identifying potential academic partners, presenting Promilo’s solutions, and supporting collaborations that drive student and institutional engagement with the platform.

The Academic Outreach

Partner will coordinate outreach campaigns, organize on-campus and virtual sessions, collect feedback to refine engagement strategies, and ensure consistent communication with academic stakeholders.



They will work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product to align outreach initiatives with business goals and report on key outreach metrics and partnership outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging academic institutions or similar partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively represent Promilo to faculty, administrators, and students.
- Ability to plan and execute outreach campaigns, events, and workshops, including coordinating logistics and follow-up activities.
- Analytical and organizational skills to track outreach activities, measure impact, and prepare concise reports and updates.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; prior experience in academic partnerships, campus outreach, or business development is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and online engagement tools; interest in marketing solutions and business networking communities is beneficial.
