Role Description The Academic Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing academic programs and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes. This role includes designing and updating curricula, aligning course content with industry standards, and supervising teaching and training activities.

The Academic

Director will mentor faculty, monitor classroom delivery, and implement best practices in pedagogy and assessment. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating academic schedules, reviewing program performance data, leading academic meetings,



and collaborating with management to introduce new courses and initiatives. The role also includes supporting accreditation processes, maintaining academic compliance, and fostering a learner-centered environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to design and manage academic programs, with robust skills in Curriculum Development and Education.
- Proficiency in conducting academic and industry-focused Research to keep programs current and relevant.
- Experience in Teaching and Training, including mentoring educators and facilitating workshops or seminars.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities to oversee multiple programs and teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with faculty, learners, and industry partners.
- Master’s degree or higher in Education, Technology, Management, or a related field; doctoral qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in academic administration, program leadership, or educational management, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
