Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role located in Indore for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and working professionals in selecting suitable academic programs based on their educational background, career goals, and professional aspirations.

The role involves understanding student requirements, explaining course details and career opportunities, addressing queries, conducting regular follow-ups, and assisting prospective learners throughout the admission and enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable courses and academic programs.
- Understand learners' educational backgrounds, career goals, and requirements to recommend appropriate programs.
- Explain course structure, eligibility, curriculum, benefits, fees, and career opportunities.




- Handle inbound and outbound leads and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Address student queries and provide accurate information regarding programs and admission processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and enrolment status in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of students' career and educational requirements.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Prior experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech, Education Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and counselling skills can also apply.

Employment Type: Full time, On-Site

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Rafael Tower, Saket Square, Old Palasia, Indore

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
