Academic Counsellor

Role & Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding UG and PG programs and help them choose suitable courses.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with prospective students.

- Understand students' educational needs and provide appropriate course information.

- Manage the complete sales and counselling process from lead generation to enrolment.

- Achieve monthly counselling and revenue targets.

- Maintain student details and follow-ups in the CRM.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with students and parents.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1 to 5 years in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, or Education Sales.

- Experience in UG and PG counselling is preferred.





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales, counselling, and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced EdTech workplace.

- Experience in handling student leads and conversions.
