About the Role:

As an Academic Content Developer at IIDE, you will play a key role in developing high-quality, industry-relevant academic content for IIDE’s Digital Business Programs and BDB department. This role involves researching emerging business and digital trends, developing structured learning material, creating engaging academic resources, and collaborating with faculty, subject matter experts, and internal teams to ensure that IIDE’s curriculum remains practical, current, and aligned with industry requirements.

You will contribute across the academic content lifecycle—from research and curriculum development to content creation, review, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

● Academic Content Development:

○ Develop structured academic content including presentations, lesson plans, learning notes, case studies, assignments, exercises, and assessments.

○ Convert complex business and digital concepts into clear, engaging, student-friendly learning material.

○ Create content that combines conceptual understanding with practical and industry-oriented applications.

● Research & Curriculum Enhancement:

○ Conduct ongoing research on digital business, marketing, AI, technology, entrepreneurship, and emerging industry trends.

○ Identify relevant frameworks, tools, case studies, business examples,



and industry developments that can strengthen classroom learning.

○ Support the continuous updating and improvement of existing program curricula.

● Content Quality & Academic Standards:

○ Review and edit academic material for accuracy, clarity, structure, consistency, and relevance.

○ Ensure all content follows IIDE’s academic standards and learning objectives.

○ Maintain consistency across learning materials used within Digital Business Programs and the BDB department.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration:

○ Work closely with faculty members, subject matter experts, academic teams, and other stakeholders to develop and refine course content.

○ Incorporate feedback from faculty and learners to improve academic material.

○ Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure content is delivered within agreed timelines.

● Additional Duties:

○ Support current course, module, and academic initiative development as required.

○ Contribute ideas to improve learner engagement and overall academic content quality.

○ Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.

Who You Are:

● Must-Have:

○ Strong research, writing, editing, and content-development skills.

○ Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in a structured, learner-friendly format.

○ Strong understanding of business, digital marketing, digital transformation, technology, or related domains.





○ Excellent command of written English with strong attention to detail.

○ Ability to manage multiple content deliverables and work within timelines.

● Should Have:

○ Experience in academic content development, instructional content, curriculum development, educational publishing, or a similar role.

○ Familiarity with creating presentations, case studies, assignments, assessments, and other academic resources.

○ Ability to research emerging business and digital trends and convert them into relevant learning content.

○ Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.

● Nice to Have:

○ Previous experience working with an EdTech company, educational institution, business school, or higher-education organisation.

○ Exposure to digital business, marketing, AI, entrepreneurship, or management education.

○ Experience working with faculty members or subject matter experts.
