Techo Express is looking for an AC Technician Helper to join our team for residential and commercial AC service and installation works.
Responsibilities
- Assist the main AC technician with AC installation, servicing, maintenance and repair works.
- Help with carrying tools, equipment and materials to customer locations.
- Assist with indoor and outdoor unit installation and removal.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site.
- Travel with the technician to customer locations within our service area.
- Follow the instructions of the main technician and complete assigned work properly.
Requirements:
- Fresher candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge or interest in AC/refrigeration work is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work at customer locations.
- Physically fit and responsible.
- Two-wheeler/driving licence is an advantage.
Payment Structure: This is a performance-based earning prospect. There is NO fixed monthly salary.
The helper will receive 20% of the NET LABOUR PROFIT from completed service and installation jobs.
Example
If the net labour profit from a completed job is ₹1,500, the helper's share will be ₹300 (20%).
Earnings depend on the number and value of jobs completed. Payment will be made after the customer payment is received.
Job Location
Customer locations within our service area around Payyanur, Pilathara, Trikaripur, Cheruvathur and Neeleshwaram.
