Role Description The Academic Advisor is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, the advisor provides one-on-one student counseling, helping learners choose appropriate courses, universities, and study destinations aligned with their academic background and career goals. The advisor reviews academic records, explains admission criteria, and guides students through application timelines, documentation, and basic scholarship information.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting advising sessions, maintaining accurate student records, collaborating with colleagues to improve counseling processes,



and delivering information sessions or workshops on study abroad options and career pathways. The advisor also supports students in building realistic education plans and encourages informed decision-making throughout their global education journey.

Qualifications

- Strong student counseling and academic advising skills, with the ability to guide learners through course and university selection.
- Effective communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to present complex information in a simple, supportive manner.
- Experience or training in career counseling and education planning, with an understanding of global study options and pathways.
- Knowledge of higher education systems, admission processes, and basic scholarship or funding opportunities in key international destinations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency with standard office software and comfort working with CRM or student management systems.
