This role is for Salesforce developer for Salesforce applications. They will be responsible for understanding the business requirements and technical design to build the Salesforce code, work with the technical designer to develop the solution as per the design, write detailed test cases for CIT testing, do the testing to make sure it is of the desired quality, support the testing phases and fix the defects as per SLA.

· Accountable for the production of high quality software on a personal and team level adhering to all software engineering quality standards / benchmarks.

· Ensuring that developed code is free of tech debt and easy to maintain.

· Collaborate with other team members to build technical solutions that meet customer needs.

· Keep up with the current and emerging software development methods, tools and standards.

· Demonstrate passion for adoption of new tools, processes and technology trends to drive continuous improvement.

· Contribute to and support engineering processes and outcomes like impact analysis, design documentation, design review, development, testing strategy, testing, technical implementation plans and production releases etc.

· Identify the areas of improvement and come up with plans to optimize the engineering processes, focusing on automation and process simplification.

· Promote innovation,



quality and exploration of new ideas as a culture.

· Maintain and contribute to development of relevant technical specialism in team.

· Ability to provide technical solutions to complex technical problems.

· Strong understanding of enterprise design principles to build secure, fault tolerant and scalable systems.

· Expert knowledge of Salesforce

· Expert in Development of SFDC custom code (Apex classes, workflows, triggers, vf pages etc)

· Expert with Aura Lightning components, Salesforce Screen flows and Work flows

· Valuable understanding of APIs

· Experience in SFDC integration

· Exposure to Web Services, REST API/SOAP

· Experience in developing custom UI.

· Good knowledge of LWC.

· Good knowledge of DevOps process and CI:CD toolset.

· Analytical ability to do root cause identification and proactive design improvement.

· Good communicator and team player.
