Senior Pega Developer / Tech Lead

Location: Pan India

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Pega Developer / Tech Lead with 6–8 years of experience to design and build scalable Pega solutions. The resource will drive technical design, mentor developers, and ensure integration, security, and performance best practices across the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design for case management solutions, ensuring guardrails compliance and reuse.
- Own integration design, including REST/SOAP and event/message patterns, and coordinate with upstream/downstream systems.
- Define and enforce standards for ruleset strategy, branching, reuse patterns, and deployment.
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting using PAL, AES/diagnostics, and Tracer patterns.
- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and drive quality through effective testing strategies.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.





Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

CSSA Certification – Mandatory

- 6–8 years of robust hands-on Pega development experience with end-to-end delivery ownership.
- Strong design and implementation experience across:
- Case Architecture: Multi-case orchestration and reusable subprocesses.
- Data Layer: Data pages, sourcing, caching, and pagination strategies.
- UI Rules: Sections, harnesses, correspondence, SLAs, and routing.
- Solid integration experience, including:
- Designing REST services, connectors, authentication patterns, resiliency, and retry strategies.
- Error handling, mapping, and logging standards.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using Tracer, Clipboard, PAL, and production issue triage.
- Experience with DevOps practices for Pega, including branching models, pipeline deployments, and merge governance.
