About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in 3D modeling, rendering, lighting, materials, and post-production, with the ability to transform design concepts into high-quality, realistic visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations based on design concepts and drawings.
- Develop realistic materials, textures, lighting, and camera compositions.
- Prepare interior/exterior, architectural, product, or space visualization as required.
- Interpret 2D drawings, CAD plans, sketches, and design briefs.
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and the creative team to understand project requirements.
- Make revisions and refinements based on feedback while meeting project deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy, visual quality, and consistency across all deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize work according to deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization techniques, software, and industry trends.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling,



texturing, lighting, rendering, and post-production.
- Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
- Good understanding of composition, color, materials, lighting, and perspective.
- Ability to create photorealistic renders.
- Ability to understand architectural/design drawings and dimensions.
- Robust attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in 3D visualization.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling and high-quality renders is preferred.
