We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with experience in interior design and 3D visualization. Experience in healthcare/hospital projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders and walkthroughs.
- Develop concepts and space designs for commercial and healthcare interiors.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers and project teams.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections and presentation drawings.
- Work on space planning, materials, lighting and realistic rendering.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and management and revise designs accordingly.
- Stay updated with current interior design and visualization trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in 3D interior designing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,



3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of interior space planning, materials, lighting and rendering.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for design and visualization.
- Healthcare/hospital project experience will be an added advantage.
- Preferred: Knowledge of hospital layouts and healthcare interior standards, with the ability to create realistic walkthroughs and presentations.
