Role Overview

We are looking for a 3D Modeller to create accurate and detailed interior and exterior architectural models using 3ds Max, based on CAD drawings, plans, elevations, and design references.

Key Responsibilities

· Create architectural models for interior and exterior projects.

· Convert CAD drawings and design references into accurate 3D models.

· Model buildings, facades, furniture, fixtures, and custom elements.

· Maintain correct scale, proportions, detailing, and clean geometry.

· Organize and optimize files for visualization and rendering.

· Implement revisions and coordinate with Visualizers, Designers, and Project Leads.

· Deliver work within project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

· 3–5 years of experience in 3D modelling/architectural visualization.

· Robust proficiency in 3ds Max.

· Knowledge of polygon/spline modelling, modifiers, and instancing.

· Ability to read CAD drawings and architectural plans.

· Working knowledge of V-Ray or Corona.





· Strong attention to detail and understanding of scale.

· Good communication and ability to work in a team.

Preferred

· Experience in real estate, residential, or commercial visualization.

· Experience with 3D asset libraries and modular modelling.

· Understanding of the complete 3D visualization workflow.

Education

Degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Portfolio – Mandatory

· Interior and exterior architectural models

· Real estate/residential/commercial projects

· Viewport or wireframe screenshots

· Custom/detailed modelling work

Practical skills and portfolio quality will be given priority over formal qualifications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
