Role Description The 3D Stall Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing stall and booth designs for exhibitions, events, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives. This full-time hybrid role is based in Ghaziabad, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home, such as design iterations, visualization, and client revisions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed 3D models, layouts, and renderings; planning lighting and visual elements; coordinating with graphic designers and fabrication teams; and preparing presentations and walkthroughs for clients. The designer will work closely with project managers to refine concepts, meet timelines,



and ensure that stalls are functional, visually appealing, and ready for production and installation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong 3D Design and 3D Modeling skills for exhibition stalls and interior spaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lighting design to enhance stall ambience and highlight key visual elements.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design skills to integrate branding, visual communication, and signage within stall layouts.
- Candidates should possess Animation skills to create dynamic visualizations, walkthroughs, or motion content for presentations.
- Candidates should have proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, creativity, spatial awareness, and the ability to translate client briefs into practical designs.
- Candidates should have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Candidates with experience in exhibition design, event setups, or environmental/retail design and a relevant diploma or degree in design, architecture, or related fields will be preferred.**
