We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented 3D Designer to conceptualize and develop high-quality 3D designs and visualizations for corporate events, exhibitions, stage setups, and experiential spaces.

? Salary Budget: Up to 8 LPA

⌛ Experience Required: 2–5 Years in Event, Exhibition, or Experiential Design

What You’ll Do

3D Design & Concept Development: Convert 2D concepts, sketches, and briefs into detailed 3D models and realistic visualizations for stages, exhibition stalls, kiosks, brand activations, and experiential zones.

Visualization & Rendering: Produce high-quality 3D renders, perspectives, elevations, and walkthroughs with realistic lighting, textures, and finishes for client presentations.

Execution Alignment: Design practical structures according to venue dimensions, ceiling heights, and technical limitations,



ensuring feasibility for fabrication and on-site setup.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative, Client Servicing, and Production teams to refine designs and maintain consistency through final production.

Technical Support: Prepare accurate layouts, dimensions, and production references while managing multiple project timelines efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

Software Proficiency: Robust expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender, combined with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Enscape (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).

Domain Experience: Prior experience in an Event Management Agency, Exhibition Company, or Experiential Marketing setup.

Key Skills: Strong spatial planning, understanding of fabrication materials/techniques, sharp attention to detail, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.

Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating corporate event stages, exhibition booths, and experiential 3D work.
