Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in high-volume fulfilment centres, express cargo hubs, or 3PL operations.
Proven track record of managing high-stress environments, shift handovers, and tight delivery windows.
Data & Audit Discipline: Strong capability in physical inventory reconciliation, stock auditing, and reporting system deviations.
Demonstrated ability to enforce strict standard operating procedures (SOPs), such as FIFO compliance and zero-leakage scanning.
Crisis Management: Ability to maintain composure, adapt to high labour absenteeism, and reallocate resources dynamically.
Clear, assertive verbal and written communication skills to report floor deviations directly to executive management.
Floor Resilience:



Ability to stand and walk the hub floor for extended periods to physically monitor the operations.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift workplace, including night shifts, weekends, and peak holiday seasons.
