Job Title: BFSI Analyst Fresher

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates interested in building a career in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

Programme and Placement Process:

This chance is offered as part of a CSR-supported skilling and placement programme. Shortlisted candidates will first receive free training in BFSI Analytics and Agentic AI. After successfully completing the ,skilling candidates will be referred to our client organisations for the final interview and placement process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse basic financial, customer and operational data.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in identifying trends and generating business insights.
- Support documentation, research and process-related activities.
- Use analytical and AI-enabled tools as required.

Eligibility and Preferred Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of or interest in the BFSI sector.
- Good communication, problem-solving and learning abilities.
- Knowledge of Excel, Advanced Excel and analytical skills is not mandatory but preferred.
