NWe're seeking a compassionate and skilled Life Coach to join our team and provide trauma-informed coaching services to our community of users.
NResponsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to support them in overcoming trauma, navigating challenges, and fostering personal growth and resilience. N
- Collaborate with clients to identify their goals, strengths, and areas for development, and co-create action plans to achieve desired outcomes. N
- Provide empathetic listening, compassionate support, and evidence-based guidance to clients as they work through emotional and psychological obstacles. N
- Empower clients to cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion,



and coping skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, and enhance overall well-being. N
- Foster a safe and inclusive coaching environment that honors the unique experiences, identities, and perspectives of each client. N
- Collaborate with other Experts of the iDare team, including mental health and legal professionals, to ensure holistic support and continuity of care for clients. N
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice for coaching professionals. N
- Stay informed about thelatest research, theories, and practices in trauma-informed coaching and related fields, and integrate new knowledge into coaching approaches. N

nRequirements:

- n
- Certification or training in life coaching, with a focus on trauma-informed practice. N
- 4+ years of experience as a life coach with a proven ability to support individuals through trauma and adversity. N
