Job DescriptionActure Media is looking for a Business Development Manager with 4–6 years of experience in business development and sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, preferably from a Digital Marketing Agency, SaaS, IT/Technology, or Service-based company.
NWe are looking for someone who is confident in communication, understands the complete sales cycle, can build strong client relationships, create and deliver skilled presentations, and has a proven ability to close deals.

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels. N
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing. N
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing/services solutions. N
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches confidently. N
- Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial documents. N




- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and potential clients. N
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline. N
- Negotiate commercials, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals. N
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. N
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports and forecasts. N
- Coordinate with the strategy, SEO, performance marketing, creative, and other internal teams to prepare customized proposals for clients. N
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. N
- Keep track of competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities. N
- Attend client meetings,networking events, and industry events whenever required. N
