NWe're looking for a Design Lead to build out our Branding & Graphic Design practice at Lollypop. This is for someone who lives in Figma, Adobe, and briefs — but is also genuinely excited about mentoring other designers and closing deals with clients.
NAbout the Role
nWhat you'll actually do:

- Own branding projects (identities, campaigns, visual systems) — 50% of your time N
- Mentor 2–3 designers and help them grow — ongoing N
- Partner with sales on pitches and scoping — real impact N
- Set design standards and champion quality across the team N

nResponsibilities

- 5–8 years designing at an agency (branding, graphic design, visual communication) N
- A portfolio that shows how you think, not just what you can make N
- Early leadership experience (led reviews,



mentored designers, owned creative direction) N
- Client-facing confidence — you can walk into a meeting and explain design thinking clearly N
- Proficient in Adobe CC and Figma N
- Growth mindset — excited to develop others and scale yourself N
