NWe are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Ticketing Consultant to join our travel team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in domestic and international ticketing, with proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre). The role involves night shifts to support international clients.

- Manage air ticketbookings, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations for domestic and international travel. N
- Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for flight reservations and changes. N
- Provide fare quotes, process refunds,



and handle schedule changes. N
- Ensure accurate ticket issuance and PNR management. N
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. N
- Stay updated with airline policies and global travel regulations. N

- At least 1 year of experience in ticketing. N
- Proficiency in at leastone GDS system (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre). N
- Knowledge of ticketing processes and fare rules. N
- Solid English communication skills (written and verbal). N
- Ability to work independently during night shifts. N
