Job Description
- Lead the sales, marketing, and business development activities for the Polyethylene (PE) portfolio across India.
- Deliver volume, revenue, and profitability targets while ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Develop and execute annual and medium-term business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify new customer segments, applications, and geographic markets to expand market share.
- Drive strategic sourcing and purchasing decisions, including import planning across multiple ports.
- Build and strengthen supplier relationships to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
- Monitor pricing, margins, and profitability metrics to optimize business performance.




- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base.
- Conduct regular customer engagements to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Manage credit exposure, collections, and compliance-related customer requirements.
- Oversee inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient working capital management.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and regional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Lead periodic business reviews with regional teams and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and business forecasts to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal business units to maximize organizational value and cross-functional synergies.
- Develop, coach, and mentor high-performing commercial teams.

The Successful Applicant
- Graduate degree required; postgraduate qualification in Marketing preferred.
