Just Walk Out (JWO) enables shopping in retail stores with no lines and no checkout. You simply use a credit card to enter the store, take what you want from our selection of fresh, delicious meals and grocery essentials, and leave the store. This checkout-free shopping experience is made possible by Just Walk Out Technology, which automatically detects whether products are taken or returned, and enables shoppers to grab and go from stores ranging from small airport kiosks to massive university stores.

The Merchant In-Store Operations team, within JWO, owns the tools, systems,



and workflows that enable merchants and their store associates to operate autonomous retail environments at scale. The role spans directly working with two engineering teams that are responsible for unattended store operations, planogram and product layout tooling, and in-store associate experience and education; Together, these teams serve JWO's growing global footprint, supporting diverse retail configurations—from fully staffed locations to completely unattended kiosks and micro-markets—enabling merchants across Sports, Education, Travel, Healthcare, and Hospitality verticals to run Just Walk Out stores efficiently and confidently.
