Roles and Responsibilities-

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software applications and systems.n
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.n
- Oversee the work of software engineers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance.n
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.n
- Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and adherence to development best practices.n
- Drive the adoption of up-to-date technologies, tools, and processes to improve productivity and software quality.n
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.n
- Manage technical debt, ensuring the long-term maintainability of the codebase.n
- Participate in resource planning, task estimation, and prioritization of development work.n
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends,



evaluating their potential to enhance products and processes.n
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the engineering team.n

nSkills Required

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.n
- Proven experience (10+ years) in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.n
- Strong Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.n
- Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.n
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem components, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics and Commerce Cloudn
- Experience with delivery and release tooling such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Copado and SFDX, with solid understanding of Agile and waterfall delivery practicesn
